Using ufolio

These terms are an agreement between you and ufolio, which operates ufolio. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add. You give us permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to run the service for you: saving it, generating documents you request, and publishing what you choose to publish. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten over time.

Only add content you have the right to use. Don't add other people's private information beyond what you need to manage your own applications.

Accuracy and AI features

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resumes, letters, and application briefs. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. ufolio flags numbers it can't find in your profile, but it does not verify your claims. Review every document before you share or submit it. ufolio does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome, and doesn't predict how an employer will assess you.

Acceptable use

Don't use ufolio to impersonate someone, publish false or misleading credentials, harass people through contact forms, send spam, break the law, attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, scrape the service, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the pricing page. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
• Plan changes are shown with their prorated price before you confirm.
• Payments are non-refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll look at it.
• AI features have daily, weekly, and monthly fair-use limits on every plan. Your current limits and usage are shown on your AI usage page.
• If a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your content stays; Free plan limits apply to new AI work, and applications above the Free limit become read-only.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal at the new price.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Edit Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service; if we stop the service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can save your work.

Disclaimers and limits

ufolio is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use ufolio after that means you accept the updated terms.
